Shipping Within The US: Generally we try to ship within a day of receipt of orders. However, orders received late in the day or during very busy times, may be delayed a bit. If you do not receive notification that your order has been shipped within 2 days, PLEASE email us. Sometimes, due to the system, a order comes through, but we do not receive notification.
Payment: Paypal is our standard method of payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay with a variety of credit cards including most major cards. For very large orders, we require payment by wire transfer or cleared check.
Problems with Paypal: Unfortunately, problems with Paypal are ongoing. However, we are usually able to find a way around them. If you place an order, but Paypal is acting unfriendly and doesn't want to accept your payment, please send us an email. This happens quite often and we just send a Paypal money request for the total of the order and that request can usually be paid without problem.
My Package didn't Arriive: If your package doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time PLEASE email us right away so that we can take steps to make sure you get it. We take responsibility for lost packages. We do not use postal insurance as dealing with the bureaucracy of the post office is impractical.
